Attention all supporters! Want to help us raise money for an important cause? Zaw Myo Lwin, an intern with BCMF, is raising money for a sanitation project he hopes to complete this year at the Youth Development Center (YDC) in Ywar Thit Gyi Village, Western Yangon, Burma.
As a boy, he spent six years at YDC, and now he is working hard to give back. YDC houses 71 boys from disadvantaged backgrounds that are unable to afford school, are orphaned or were sent to safety due to ongoing conflict in their area.
Right now, there are sanitation concerns at YDC that Zaw hopes to alleviate. Broken toilets and a lack of proper water connections are leading to poor hygiene choices among the boys. Zaw is raising funds to build new toilets and fix the water pipes. For more information, check out the link below!

ေဇာ္မ်ိဳးလြင္သည္ ငယ္ရြယ္ေသာအခ်ိန္မွစ၍ လူငယ္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးေရးေဂဟာ၌ ၆ ႏွစ္တာ ေနခဲ့ပါသည္။ ယခုတြင္ သူသည္ ၄င္းလူငယ္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးေရးေဂဟာအား ေက်းဇူးတုံ႔ျပန္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္က်ိဳးစားလွ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ လက္ရွိတြင္ အေျခအေနအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေၾကာင့္အခြင့္အလမ္းမသာေသာ လူငယ္လူရြယ္ ၇၁ ဦးသည္ ၄င္းလူငယ္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးေရးေဂဟာ၌ ေနထိုင္လွ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ ထိုလူငယ္လူရြယ္မ်ားသည္ ေက်ာင္းတက္ရန္အခက္အခဲရွိေသာသူမ်ား၊ မိဘမဲ့မ်ား ႏွင့္ စစ္ေဘးေၾကာင့္ေနရပ္တြင္ဆက္လက္ေနထိုင္ရန္လံုျခံဳမႈမရွိေသာသူမ်ားျဖစ္ပါသည္။
